Suitable for general legal advice or clients who would like the earliest suitable appointment.

You do not need to choose a particular lawyer. We will assign a solicitor based on your matter, its complexity, relevant experience and availability.

Before you book

The online booking form will ask for the following required details:

  • Your telephone number

You may also provide your date of birth, the other party’s details and a short description of your legal matter. If we need more information to complete our conflict check, we will contact you before confirming the appointment.

Choose an available time between 10:00 am and 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday. Requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance and may be submitted up to 60 days ahead. Your selected time will be held while we complete our review.

The calendar uses Acuity's English buttons. Its final “Confirm Appointment” button submits a booking request only; we will confirm your consultation separately after our review and payment.

This request does not reserve a specific solicitor’s calendar. Please provide your first preferred date and time and, if convenient, up to two alternatives. We will review your matter and availability before assigning a suitable lawyer.

Booking, cancellation and rescheduling

Clients cannot cancel or reschedule online. Please call 0406 025 025 or email hello@harmonylegal.com.au. For an urgent same-day consultation, please call us and we will assist where availability permits.

  • Before the appointment day, with at least 12 hours’ noticeYou may cancel or reschedule without a cancellation fee.
  • Less than 12 hours’ noticeThe full consultation fee may be charged.
  • Same-day cancellation or non-attendanceThe full consultation fee will be charged.

Need another arrangement?

For another consultation format, an urgent matter, or a visit to a hospital, residence or another location, call 0406 025 025. Off-site services may involve additional solicitor time and travel fees, which will be explained and agreed before the appointment is arranged.
